Shipping And Delivery

  • Processing and packing orders can take 1-5 business days to be shipped after payment confirmation. If after 5 days you do not receive a mailing update, feel free to contact us.

  • As of now, all deliveries are shipped as either first class letters or ground shipping with USPS. As the shop grows. there are plans to provide more shipping options in the future.

  • Unfortunately, as of now we cannot offer international shipping, but as the store grows we hope to soon provide international shipping options.

  • The Magic Crow Delivery Service (MCDS) is unfortunately no longer in partnership with Dolphin Productions due to steep rise in shiny object fees. As well as the inconsistent service since their employee strike of the “Don’t (Not) Feed The Birds” movement. Until these complications resolve, all Dolphin Productions orders will be delivered via USPS.

  • Due to crow delivery service raising their prices in bread, all orders will be shipped via USPS.

    Orders are currently sent in first class envelopes and ground shipping. Light and flat stationary products, such as stickers or small prints, will be sent via first class . These cannot be tracked, but are estimated to arrive in 1-5 business days. Orders with larger products can be tracked via USPS

  • Once any packages/envelopes leave the shop, Dolphin Productions is not responsible for any damage or lost mail during delivery. If your order has not arrived two weeks past the given delivery date, contact us to file a claim.

Products/Returns

  • The shop will receive seasonal updates with new products during varying points of the year. To find the next sop update, check our events page to see the next launch, as well as sneak peaks of upcoming products on our socials.

  • Some products will be restocked after selling out, though this can take a couple weeks to months, to find updates on restocks, check shop updates and socials. Though other products, especially seasonal designs may be limited edition and available while supplies last.

  • Most of what is sold online is also sold in partnered stores and events, but there may be online exclusives. As well as store or event exclusives that will not be available online. If you are looking for a particular products not listed online, you can contact us to see when any where the product will be available.

  • Dolphin Productions does not offer returns or refunds on orders, and are not responsible for any damage done after leaving our care. However, if there is a malfunction or quality issue of the products you received, you can contact us with your order info to see if you can qualify for an exchange.

  • Our dragons tend to be very clingy and social creatures. Many pets and hugs will be required. All dragons are potty trained from hatching, though some may have knock objects off counters and hoard collections. Dolphin Productions is not responsible for dragon-related fires or property damage.

  • Sophia Klein is the artist and chaotic mind behind Dolphin Productions.(Also having to write about herself in Third person for The FAQ’s, weird.) All artwork and designs are hand-drawn then made into the products sold here now. Check out Dolphin Productions Socials to see the process for yourself!

  • Dolphin Productions booth can be found at select in person events, announced in newsletters and socials. As well as partnered stores, including BeetleBug Art Co. and Five6 Gaming.

    Other then partnered businesses listed here and on our socials, the designs should not be sold or printed on any other third party sites, such as Redbubble, Etsy, etc. If unauthorized listings are found, please reach out so we are aware, thank you!

  • Absolutely! If you would like to bring our products into your store, reach out on our “Contact Us” Page, to see if Dolphin Productions would be a good fit. Otherwise, we ask that you do not purchase and resell our products without permission.

  • We don’t know. He showed up in Klein’s art studio one day and has stayed since. No demon cleansing rituals have deterred him. While he causes no damage to the studio or products, he steals and hoards all pencils, it’s quite annoying.
